Integration Daily Practices
WHAT
Integration means alignment- when your systems, thoughts, emotions, and energy are not pulling in opposite directions.
It’s the quiet cohesion between your mind, body, spirit, and choices.
WHY
Without integration, you may feel fragmented- overthinking, ignoring the body, avoiding emotions, or bypassing truth.
True healing only lands when we slow down and let the parts come together.
It is the ground beneath wholeness.
HOW
• Morning scan: How does my body feel? What emotions are present?
• Micro-moments: Take 30 seconds during the day to breathe and realign
• Evening journal: Ask “Did I act in integrity with what I truly believe today?”
• Somatic practices: Movement, breathwork, touch- anything that brings body and mind into one loop
• Integration tools: Meditation, fasting, stillness, nature, bodywork
• Practise being whole: Don’t split logic from intuition, or speed from rest- learn to live layered
WARNINGS
• Avoid bypassing: suppressing emotions in the name of ‘peace’ creates later chaos
• If trauma is deep, integration must be supported gently: layer by layer
• Integration doesn’t mean fixing: it means accepting and including
